Protein Shake with Broccoli Microgreens

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 handful broccoli microgreens

1 banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 cups of milk or as desired

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

 

Instructions:

Prep all fresh ingredients by rinsing thoroughly

Chop up the banana into bite sized pieces

Add the banana, microgreens, and milk to a blender

Next add the peanut butter and protein powder

Blend until desired consistency

Serve and Enjoy!
